The location was fantastic, allowing easy access to major attractions on foot, with excellent public transport options nearby. The breakfast offered a great variety, and the pan roasted beef tenderloin was a standout dish. However, the room was quite small, and accessing basic amenities like an electric kettle required an additional fee, which was unexpected. Staff were consistently friendly and helpful, enhancing the overall experience.

The staff was accommodating and the location was convenient, as it was just a short stroll away from major attractions like the Duomo and Sforzesco Castle. The breakfast offered a great variety, definitely a highlight of the stay. However, the room was smaller than expected, making it a bit cramped for my family. Overall, it was a solid choice for our Milan visit.

Proximity to main attractions, convenient access to public transportation, spacious lobby area.
The shower temperature control is erratic, leaving you jumping from scalding to freezing!!! Noise from surrounding areas makes it hard to catch any decent sleep. In addition, the outdated furniture in the rooms is quite off-putting!!!

We had a lovely stay and enjoyed exploring Milan. The hotel staff were super friendly and helped us navigate to the nearby metro, making it easy to visit the San Siro Stadium for a football match. Breakfast was delightful!
In my wife’s opinion, a mini fridge would be helpful for family stays.

The Asian cuisine was a standout, especially the fresh sushi from Sakura Sushi Restaurant nearby—an epic flavor journey! Plus, the breakfast area provided tasty options that were always replenished, making the mornings a delight.
The air-conditioning struggled to cool our room, making those hot Milan nights a bit restless. And the warm foods at breakfast? They weren’t warm at all on any of our three mornings!

The location is perfect, just a short walk to major attractions. Clean room, but the noise insulation is terrible. Staff is friendly and helpful. Would stay again if I could avoid street noise.

I loved the comfy twin room we stayed in, and the breakfast was a delicious start to our day. There were nice spots to relax, like the lovely rooftop terrace and a cozy lounge by the lobby. The only downside was a bit of an odd smell in the bathroom, but that didn’t take away from our experience at all. 😊

missingWrote a review on Aug 08clean hotelfriendly staffcramped roomnoisy environmentcrowded breakfast area
The location of the hotel is fantastic, just a short walk to the Duomo and several nice restaurants. Rooms are clean, and I appreciated the daily housekeeping service. The mini bar in the room had complimentary drinks, which felt like a nice touch. I enjoyed breakfast as well, with a good selection, especially the pastries. The staff were friendly and accommodating, even providing us with drinks and snacks upon check-in, which was a pleasant surprise after a long drive. However, the room I stayed in felt cramped, especially with the third bed being a pull-out sofa that wasn’t very comfortable. Sound insulation could use improvement. I could hear noise from the hallway and adjacent rooms, which disrupted my sleep. The breakfast area felt crowded during peak hours, and it would have been nice to have more fresh fruit options available. Despite these issues, the overall experience was positive, and I would consider returning for the location and cleanliness.
Tourists from United States often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
